Fast‐paced, fun and reputable 40 year old North Miami Video Equipment Rental and
Production Support Firm seeks a Very Special Person who has knowledge of the
current equipment in use for various productions. This person must have excellent
memory for parts, pieces, and model numbers. We are looking for a Professional
Video Camera, Lighting, and Grip Specialist!
The Customer Relations Specialist position requires a person with intimate
knowledge of the latest most popular professional high definition cameras and
current video gear including all current professional cameras, plasma displays,
video machines, lighting instruments, camera support systems and associated audio
and grip gear. You must love cameras and production equipment for this position!
Budget Video Rentals has virtually all of the latest and greatest video cameras, audio
and video recorders (digital and tape) and an extremely wide assortment of grip,
lighting, support, infrared and specialized underwater gear and a lot more. We
service a growing number of clients –‐ mostly by phone from our North Miami
location.

Note that this is not a training position, rather you must have had previous
experience in the television and film production industry.
Required is:
 Knowledge about video production, camera and lighting;
 Knowledge of the general techniques required in video production;
 EXCELLENT customer service and customer relations skills;
 Strong administrative organizational and analytical skills with the ability to
problem‐solve in a fast‐paced environment;
 Superb verbal and written communication skills;
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
 A keen eye for details;
 Ability to make problem solving plans;
 Outstanding computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and more.
The right person for this position must enjoy multi‐tasking. We need an experienced
juggler to manage multiple productions and events at the same time. Experience in
customer relations, with some marketing and sales, is necessary. The duties of this
position vary from day to day, hour to hour.
Skills such as technical problem solving, the stamina to work under pressure, the
ability to do research and to learn along with a desire to assist in the performance of
both routine and specialty tasks are necessary in this career.
High Energy and detail‐oriented perfectionist most desired. If you are neat,
