Receptionist/Accounting Clerk:
Welcoming visitors, answering phones, and phone support with sale leads and business inquiries. Responsible to get mail, handling mail deliveries and shipping packages, as needed, ordering supplies, maintaining and improving front office and back office organization, event support for all meetings that take place at the offices.
Accounting Clerk:
Gathering and sporting purchases invoices, verifying invoices, expense reports and receipts. Data entry for all purchasing invoices and employee timesheets, accounts payable to vendors and phone support with vendors and phone support with vendors. Clerical accounting clerk experience preferred. Management will assign specific tasks for projects on an as needed basis.
Skills and qualifications:
Highly organized candidate and able to work in a fast paced environment that requires multi-tasking. Excellent customer service skills needed to handle high-end customers, vendors and coworkers. Bilingual is a plus, Italian is a plus.
